What you purchase
A subscription provides Marafek maintenance-management software, not on-site repair services. The plan, duration and final amount are stated before payment. Annual subscriptions are paid in full for the year.
This policy applies to subscriptions when live payments become available. Test payments do not create a payment obligation or an entitlement to a refund of real money.
Cancellation and renewal
Renewal is manual. To stop renewing, simply do not purchase another period; no email request is required. The workspace owner or authorized representative can request workspace closure or a refund by emailing us with the organization name, account email and order reference if available. Full card details and security codes are not needed.
Renewal currently requires a new payment. There is no automatic renewal charge without separate express authorization. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a previous payment; access continues for the paid period unless immediate closure is requested, the payment is refunded or a lawful suspension applies.
Cancellation and refund rights
We respect mandatory cancellation and refund rights where applicable, including the consumer right to cancel within seven days of contracting for a service that has not been used or benefited from, subject to statutory exceptions.
We investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and payments not followed by service activation, and address them through correction or refund according to the findings and applicable rights. Annual billing or wording at checkout does not remove statutory rights.
After use, refund requests are reviewed according to the reason, service delivered, agreed terms and applicable rights. This policy does not add an unconditional commercial money-back guarantee or an automatic prorated refund for unused months.
Submitting and processing a request
Include the organization name, account email, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason. For a service problem, provide a useful description without unnecessary sensitive information.
We review the request and communicate any information needed and the decision. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time to appear depends on the payment provider and bank; we communicate progress without promising an unconfirmed banking deadline.
Data and custom services
Cancelling renewal does not immediately delete reports or close every user account. Contact us before expiry if you need workspace data export or closure. Data handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
Cancellation terms for custom development, integrations and training are specified in their separate quotation, while preserving rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
